Delivery Time: 180 Days from Payment

At Statera Watch Co., each watch is a work of art crafted with attention to the finest details and high-quality standards. To ensure that each piece meets these standards, our production process is meticulous and takes time.

Once the payment is confirmed, the delivery time for your GD01 watch will be 180 days. This period is necessary to allow each stage of the manufacturing process to be completed with maximum precision and care. The production of the GD01 involves several steps, including the creation of the Grand Feu enamel dial, the machining and finishing of the Titanium Grade 5 case, the assembly of the La Joux Perret G-100 movement, and the crafting of the custom handmade straps by Gabriel Vezzani.

Each watch is thoroughly inspected at various stages of production to ensure it meets the excellence standards of Statera Watch Co. After the manufacturing process and quality control are completed, your watch will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Important Information:

The 180-day period starts from the confirmation of payment.
You will be notified via email about the status of your order and will receive important updates throughout the production process.
After completion, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can monitor the delivery of your watch.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your ST02 watch within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied, including the certificate of authenticity.

• You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back to us.

Conditions for Exchange

If you wish to exchange your ST02 watch for a different model, we offer the possibility of exchange within the same 14-day period after receiving the product. The watch must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied.

To request an exchange:

• Contact our customer service, indicating the reason for the exchange and the desired model.
• Follow the instructions provided to send the watch back to our headquarters.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned watch, we will send the requested new model. If there is a price difference between the models, this will be addressed during the exchange process.

Note: Shipping costs for the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your ST02 watch shows any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Statera Watch Co. will cover all shipping costs and take the necessary steps to replace or repair the product.

Steps for Defective Products:

Refunds

After the returned watch is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the card issuer or bank.

Reserving a Watch

If you wish to reserve a watch from Statera Watch Co., we offer a straightforward process to secure your exclusive timepiece:

• Initial Deposit: To reserve the watch, you need to make an initial deposit of 50% of the total price of the product. This initial payment ensures that the watch will be produced specifically for you.

• Reservation Confirmation: After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email, which will include the details of the watch and the estimated production completion date.

• Production: With the reservation confirmed, we will begin the production of your watch. During this period, we will keep you updated on the progress of the process.

• Final Payment: Once the watch is ready, we will contact you to request the remaining 50% payment. After the final payment is received, the watch will be shipped to the address provided.
