Right of Return
You have the right to return your ST02 watch within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied, including the certificate of authenticity.
To initiate the return process:

- Provide the reason for the return and your order number.
- You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back to us.
Note: Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.
Conditions for Exchange
If you wish to exchange your ST02 watch for a different model, we offer the possibility of exchange within the same 14-day period after receiving the product. The watch must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied.
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service, indicating the reason for the exchange and the desired model.
- Follow the instructions provided to send the watch back to our headquarters.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned watch, we will send the requested new model. If there is a price difference between the models, this will be addressed during the exchange process.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your ST02 watch shows any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Statera Watch Co. will cover all shipping costs and take the necessary steps to replace or repair the product.

Refunds
After the returned watch is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the card issuer or bank.
